Set up in 2001 Resource draws upon more than 30 years experience in employee/industrial relations, conflict resolution and investigation.


Resource has the skills, knowledge and experience to provide expert services, with a high level of credibility among all parties, to the employee relations dynamic.


Since 2001 we have assisted a range of large and small organisations to resolve employee relations issues through the use of modern dispute resolution techniques in the context of organisational change, industrial relations disputes, interpersonal difficulties, as well as bullying and harassment.


These organisations include several large health bodies and hospitals, various local authorities, statutory organisations, voluntary organisations, and private sector companies. Further details of these can be supplied on a confidential basis, if necessary.


A significant number of workplace mediations and investigations have been conducted on an independent basis in line with best practice for the conduct of such matters.


Currently, Resource offers training programmes in Conflict Management, Mediation, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiations, Harassment at Work and a broad range of Human Resource topics.


These are held in Resource's purpose-built training facility in Ashbourne Co. Meath or on-site as required.
